"I absolutely want to recommend Jerry Mora's office and his team at State Farm! Look no further!! They are absolutely amazing and really do care about getting each customer the best price / value for what they are paying for. Customer service is also great at this location! Just to give you all reading this a little more info, I made the switch to State Farm a few years ago after dealing with the headache inducing- cheap car insurances because we thought that was the best option at the time. Finally after years of my mom telling me to try State Farm (She's been a customer and signed up thru Jerry Mora for over 28 years+) we decided what else was there to lose and just go ahead and apply! Within a day we were connected and secured an affordable rate & good plan coverage! Juan is also an incredible member of Jerry's team who goes above and truly beyond if you have any requests or questions about your policy! He is truly a wonderful individual and I'm glad when I'm not able to figure something out, I've called and got him on the line with no issues!! His whole office is great at communication via email / text / phone (local office #) which is quite rare to encounter these days! So my experience has been 10 of of 10 and I know that if there ever comes a time where I need to use the insurance, State Farm- Jerry's Mora's location has got us covered! "I have been a State Farm customer since 2020 and have consistently made my policy payments for both of my vehicles before their due dates. Until recently, I had a very positive experience with your company.

However, I was extremely disappointed to receive a notice of non-renewal. When I called for clarification, I was told this decision was based on a driver listed on my policy who had multiple claims.

I immediately explained that this driver should never have remained on my policy. This individual has their own active policy with GEICO, and I had requested their removal from my State Farm policy a long time ago. I followed up multiple times and was informed by your office that I did not need to worry because a note had been placed on my policy documenting my request for removal. Despite this, the driver was never formally removed, and I am now facing serious consequences due to this oversight.

In addition to this issue, your office recently posted a $106 outstanding balance on my account, even though my policy was paid in full. When I contacted the office again, I was told this was an error and that it would be removed within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been over a week, and the incorrect balance is still showing as outstanding on my account.

These ongoing errors and lack of proper follow-through have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I believe it is unfair for me to be penalized for mistakes that resulted from the office’s failure to properly update my policy and billing records.

I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed promptly, the incorrect balance be removed, and my non-renewal decision be reconsidered based on the full and accurate history of my account."
